My Pangkor Trip - Part 2

here it goes, the second part of my pangkor trip...this post is mainly about we all went to ride the speedboat and round the other 3 small islands in the vicinity of the main pangkor island. Most of the pictures you need to click to enlarge and get a better view.
****************

2 hornbills eating papaya, actually there were more hornbills in the early morning, click to enlarge
before we started the boat ride
Pangkor Laut Resort, i think more than 5 stars, specially for newly wed couples during honeymoon...so romantic huh? i only took a small part of the resort, there are still more at the inner part of the beach.
don't know why, i just love taking pictures of the sea and beaches...

VIDEO! i can't even handle the camera well due to the extreme bumpy ride...

2 weird looking rocks, on the left: the potato-like rock, on the right: the apple-like rock (really look like an apple!) you gotta click to enlarge =)
click to enlarge and you will see a lady-like figure leaning on the rock don't know doing what, hehe...
a small wooden ship from hong kong
click to enlarge, actually there are resorts hidden inside, only those super duper rich people can afford to stay there, even one night might cost you a few thousand at least!!! many celebrities used to stay here too, like Datuk Michelle Yeoh (she stays here quite often during holidays) and some other international footballers like David Beckham! *roll eyes*

another video!! the wind sounds so eerie~~~

click to enlarge. you will see a tortoise head protrudes from the rock

okay, this is funny (again, i don't know why) click to enlarge and you will see 2 pointy rocks which look very much like the legs of a person, lying down!
the beauty of nature huh, this really looks like a whale, blowing water out from the blowhole
live sea cucumber, when you hold it, it will produce sticky white liquid from the very right end (Cloaca) it will shrink too if you hold it...
ooops, i forgot what this is called in english, but i think in chinese it's called the "hai dan". anyone knows what is this called?
OMG, sea coral~worth a few thousands...too bad we can't keep it according to our private tour guide a.k.a the guy who took us around the islands with his speed boat
this place is weird, according to him, every year around chinese new year (chu yi-first day of the new year and shi wu-the fifteenth day of the new year), the sea water will subside and reveal a long stretch of beach from one end to another end (not captured in this pic) and you can actually walk on the beach during that 2 hours as the water will only subside for 2 hours! So, don't stay there for more than 2 hours!!!
click to enlarge, the lover trees and the "lamp-post". Haha, the guy jokingly told me that by touching the lover trees, i will get a boyfriend very soon! aiyoh....i want to touch lahh!!! *geram*
a huge crocodile-like rock lying on another rock
so many snorkerllers!!
colourful fishes~

hmm...i didn't snorkel lah because i don't even know how to swim!!! shame shame~but both my parents and my sis did...how sad, i can only be the photographer and fed the fishes with bread.
wheeee~~~after another SUPER DUPER bumpy speed boat ride! all smile =)

~end of part 2~

i think i'm hydrophobic...i have lotsa phobia that have yet to be discovered i guess, hahaha! yea, the amazing thing is all these rocks are like that naturally, not man-made one :D
next time when you come back from aus, perhaps you should go there and travel with your family, hehehe...cuz it's really nice and compared to langkawi, it's much smaller and you can visit all the places in a day.

maybe you can start to plan to go there during your next summer break...hahaha! but nevertheless it's a really nice place for you to chill, as it lacks the hustle and bustle of a city life. everything is so laid back...^^
